Private Pay Rates
Initial session: $125.00 - this session will generally last 70-90 minutes; the following sessions: $100 for a 50 minute session
Insurance Accepted and Filed
We are IN network with: Aetna, BCBS (from all states), Cigna, Humana, and Magellan. If you have insurance with another carrier I would be happy to check on out of network rates or possbily offer a discount please call for more information.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician
Payment
Cash, personal checks, credit or debit cards are accepted for payment. To pay by credit or debit card simply click on the link to "Make a Payment" to your left on the screen and follow the instructions. You do not have to be registered with PayPal to use this feature. You will automatically have a receipt generated then sent to the email address you provided and one will be sent to MCS.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
